An opportunity for a forward thinking HR professional who would excel within a similar thinking law firm. The opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic full service commercial firm based in North London/City area. The HR Officer will report into the Chief Operating Officer.
The role is varied and includes placing job adverts, dealing with agencies, scheduling interviews, producing interview packs, arranging initial tests, co-ordinating the induction process, assisting with all administration for recruitment, appraisals, benefits, training and all other internal processes.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a very high level of numerical accuracy. Good attention to detail is key for this role. Experience of working within a similar environment would be an advantage.
You must have some previous HR experience, and ideally, you will have CIPD level 5 or be working towards it.
The working environment is demanding, friendly and very flexible. The successful candidate will have the confidence to question and push back where appropriate and know that they have the support of the COO.
