Marketing Co-ordinator

Exciting Marketing opportunity with a large pharmaceutical company for a confident Marketing Coordinator.


Working with a global company, you will be providing marketing support to the brand team. You may be focused on single or multiple products. You will be the first point of contact for the sales team and as well as customer queries and the appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the budget is tracked and correctly administered and raising any deviations from this.
- Planning and organising brand team meetings and agendas
- Arranging UK and International meetings process including hotels, flights, payments, expenses etc.
- Supporting and coordination in the delivery of websites, email campaigns, advertising and promotional items for the team.
- Stock control - orders, recalls etc.
- Initiate and progress ZINC materials approval process
- Some International travel may be required on occasion

The team are experienced and are ideally looking for a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. A good initiative is also vital as the environment is constantly changing.

As the role is a long term contract we are looking for candidates who have displayed this already ideally and looking to join a company where they can put their all into this role.

Marketing related degree and/or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
