Clinical Service Delivery Manager
Location: Central London, SW6 Earls Court

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Clinical Service Delivery Manager on a full time permanent basis to work in Central London SW6 (Earls Court) on behalf of a health care provider. As a member of the Senior Management Team the Clinical Service Delivery Manager is expected to support the business to deliver and maintain the highest standards of clinical and advisory services
Duties:
- Management of the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) Occupational Health Nurse Advisor Service
- Development of SPoC service policy and procedures
- Direct line management responsibility for the SPoC OHNA Service Team Leaders
- Review of protocols, procedures and processes
- Creation of new methods of working based on evidence based occupational health practise
- Conducting local site audits of all clinical grades
- Taking part in the Duty OH Manager on-call rota
- Maintaining a clinical hands on role with the completion of management referrals as and when required, other clinical services such as health assessment, trauma debriefs and health surveillance, and the shared management of the OH Mailbox and Cohort triage
- Investigating and resolving clinical complaints including writing to relevant authorities, governing bodies and clients
- Advising on, and resolving complex clinical cases - especially providing support to occupational health nurse advisors on an escalated, as and when needed, basis
Partaking in workshops aiming at improving overall processes, including administrative and IT related process flows
To apply for this role you will need to be a registered nurse with an Occupational Health Qualification on part 3 of the NMC register. You will be an experienced Senior OH professional with excellent case management experience and previous experience of managing and OH team. (Full Time Permanent 40 hours a week) If successful you will need to go through an enhanced security clearance.
