A multinational casualty and property insurer are currently looking for a Head of Reward to join their team based in the City of London on a permanent basis. Head of Reward will have a focus on pay review projects including: Reviewing the management global pay roundThe governance infrastructureRolling out global grading structure and job levellingJob benchmarkingSuccessful individual will have: Experience within the Insurance or Financial Services industry, with knowledge of SII.Experience of managing a compensation process from start to finish.
