Learning and Development Trainer role for a company in Brighton for a 7 week temporary assignment.

Your new company
Our public sector client is recruiting for a L&D Trainer for a 10 week temporary role to support 700 employees following a restructure. Located just outside of Brighton train station, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to work in a brand new role and have the opportunity to shape the current HR team of 25.

Your new role
You will be liaising with people across the organisation to understand the best approach to developing training that meets their needs and be the primary point of contact between different business areas.You will design learning objectives for each skills area and for each role. You will design a training programme which sets out the best approaches to deliver the training and develop existing training materials.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within L&D, instructional design, e-learning creation digital training or training strategies.
