About the company
Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a prestigious organisation who are looking to add a HR Assistant to their existing HR function.

About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role supporting the full employee lifecycle.
This is a very generalist role with your main duties being -
·Managing the on-boarding/off-boarding process.
·Producing offer packs.
·Supporting on recruitment by obtaining right to work documents.
·Conducting employee reference checks.
·Responding to employee queries.
·Support the Training Manager by coordinating training events.
·Being responsible for the smooth running of payroll and responding to queries.
·Maintaining the HR database.

About you
To be successful in this role you must possess the following skills/experience -
·At least 12 months HR Administration experience from within the UK (Essential).
·Educated to degree level (Essential)
·Excellent IT skills including MS Office.
·Strong organisational skills.
·Excellent communication skills.
·High attention to detail.
