A prestigious international investment business is seeking an HR Systems Manager to develop their systems strategy. Based in stunning offices in Central London, the firm offer an attractive package including a car allowance and generous pension scheme.

You'll engage directly with the HR Directors of several business units, and have excellent visibility and impact across the business. You will work strategically and ensure that HR technology is utilised effectively across the business, and taken into account at the early stages of any changes to the business. You will manage a small team, and enable them to optimise Workday to ensure that the firm is getting the best out of the system, throughout their functions across the globe.

Stakeholder management is an essential skill, as this is a complex global business and your work will impact multiple senior stakeholders with different priorities. Your experience of project management will be heavily relied upon in this position. Previous experience of managing Workday will allow you to hit the ground running, but if you have managed other complex HRIS systems then the business will be able to offer training in this popular cloud-based HR system.
