The Schools’ HR Team is going through a transformation as we review our service to schools in our drive to support positive school improvement outcomes. If you are looking for a role where you enjoy diversity and the flexibility of working across a number of schools, then this is the role for you.

We are looking for someone who has a strong employee relations and change management background as well as experience of working positively with trade unions. You will be required to travel to schools around the borough on a regular basis and there may be occasional meetings outside of normal office hours.

We offer variety, challenge and the opportunity to grow. We also offer an attractive range of employee benefits.
