Your new company
A global media company based in central London, are currently recruiting for a Senior Reward Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
Supporting the Global Reward Director, you will build the reward function, implementing structures, policies, and procedures to provide a first class reward offering to the business. You will be looking at ways to continually improve the way things are done, such as how the business is using benchmarking data or advising on legacy remuneration arrangements. You will also support the business on salary review processes and other cyclical activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have in depth knowledge of the reward function, and proven experience in improving reward processes and procedures, and able to take ownership of implementing new ideas. You will have worked on a global level. My client is also looking for experience of benchmarking roles using Willis Towers Watson. You will also have drafted RemCo papers.
