As a HR Business Partner, you will partner with the regional Managing Director and site SMT to deliver the overarching organisational people strategy that is fit for purpose for specific client groups.

Description

This HR Business Partner role, reporting into the divisional Managing Director, (within your business area) will be a operationally and strategically aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders.

You will have a focus on managing the ER, IR, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This role is single-site focused and will support a client group of c.500 people.

Profile

As a HR Business Partner, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.

You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a generalist role; ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.

You must have experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Offer

This role will pay £45,000 per annum. You will also receive a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
