HR Advisor job based in Central London paying £33,000- £36,000 per annum (depending on hours).

Your new company
You will be working for an education charity based in London surrounded by transport links, amenities and amazing restaurants and shops.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor your objectives will include: Handle ER cases by providing timely and accurate advice and managing and prioritising the caseload. You will provide advice and support to managers of the application of policies, processes and procedures. You will also provide advice to managers in relation to change management activities for example TUPE and redundancy. You will provide information regarding matters such as sickness absence and performance capabilities to stakeholders and ensure all matters are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will coordinate workshops targeted at managers within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role, you must be an enthusiastic and organised individual who is passionate about HR. You must have strong experience within HR as a HR Advisor and handling change management. Strong communication skills are required. You must be willing to travel also. You must have a CIPD Level 7 qualification.


What you'll get in return
