Our client is well regarded and successful Recruitment Consultancy with a national presence and a centralised HR & L&D function. Whilst currently happy with their Management Development offering they are looking now to recruit a Sales Trainer / Business Partner to improve their Recruitment Sales Training and take a lead within their Sales Academy.

This is a key role working closely with senior operational stakeholders, HR and L&D peers and responsibilities will include

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to enable you to understand individual, team and corporate sales training needs and deliver against them.
  • Improving, developing and delivering a wide range of Recruitment Sales Training initiatives.
  • Working alongside the L&D Manager to modernise L&D strategy, process and material.

We are looking for someone with a solid L&D background and will need to see that you have experience across training needs analysis and design and be a confident and experienced deliverer of training courses. L&D qualifications would also be preferred.

We also need to see someone with experience in Recruitment Sales or similar Business Development Sales.

The role will require travel across the country with the majority of training being around the North West & North Midlands. It would make most sense to be based in that area. However on days when you are not training you can be based from home.

Salary - Up to £40,000 + Car (or allowance) and Benefits
