L&D Analyst Financial Services Firm 6 month FTC £35,000 - £40,000 Immediately available candidates only I am currently recruiting for an exciting L&D Analyst opportunity within a multinational Investment Bank based in Central London. The successful candidate will be working with an L&D team comprising of 5 individuals, as well as interactions with the HR Generalists. Responsibilities: Consulting - Partner with Learning Associates and HR Generalists, to identify, design, and execute solutions addressing learning and development needs of colleagues at all levelsNeeds Assessment - Assist with needs assessments to determine learning requirements for the curriculum and within ad hoc projectsProgram and project management - Partner with Learning Associates to design and deliver programs using a combination of internal and external resources Skills: Learning & Development or HR experience within financial / professional servicesExcellent stakeholder management skillsGreat organizational and time-management skills
