Job Details
A London based law firm is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Build relationships with university careers services, professors and student societies with the majority of target universities
- Plan and deliver recruitment activities around recruitment requirements
- Working with the graduate recruitment & trainee development manager and marketing team on marketing and advertising programmes
- Run vacation scheme assessment days and training contract assessment days with the team
- Ensure selection process is managed to ensure equality, fairness and diversity
- Assist the team with the administration of the vacation scheme assessment days
- Attending social events with the wider team
- Manage and run the First Year insight Day with the team
This person will:
- Have 18 months minimum experience in graduate recruitment in a law firm (essential)
- Have experience of attending events and talking to key stakeholders
- Be confident and credible
- Be able to work well under pressure and deal with a high volume of work
- Have good communication skills and be good at building relationships
