Regional Trainer

Exciting opportunity for 3 Regional Trainers to join this rapidly growing business - these roles will initially be on a fixed term contract basis until April 2020, but are likely to be made permanent. You will be a key member of a newly created Learning and Development team. Working collaboratively you will help to deliver brand new training plans and programmes for employees including sales and customer service. Covering a large area, these roles will include lots of travel and some overnight stays.

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver learning interventions that are customer service and sales growth focused.

Work closely with the management team within the region to match their growth plans with the learning needs of employees.

Evaluate and monitor learning outcomes to ensure their effectiveness and communicate results accordingly.

Proactively engage with your region to support national learning and development initiatives.

Support the successful onboarding of new starters by implementing the newly designed New Starter Programme which includes assisting with the delivery of the Company Induction Day.

Communicate closely with colleagues working in other regions to share best practices, ensure that training content is consistent and that there is no duplication of effort.
