Strategic HR Business Partners

(x2 posts - Adult Social Services and Community and Environmental Services)

Up to £65k per annum

These roles form part of the HR leadership team working closely with an Executive Director and the senior leadership team of a directorate to develop and lead on service-specific people strategies and plans. These are highly influential roles leading at the most senior level as ambassador for great people performance and being at our very best.  Building relationships, understanding complexity and creating effective plans with a strong delivery focus will be your strengths.

Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Learning

Circa. £70k per annum

This is a new role providing strategic leadership on all major people change, and leading new thinking to support people performance and learning across the whole of the Council. This role will lead a strong team of professionals with an ambitious portfolio to deliver. The ability to build relationships, shape a significant portfolio of work and facilitate collaborative working across multiple stakeholders and complex transformational change is key.
