Job Details
A law firm based in Islington is looking for HR Coordinator to join them. The role requires the successful candidate to be hardworking, friendly and enjoy a demanding working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting into and working closely with the COO
- Dealing with all processes for recruitment such as placing job adverts, dealing with agencies, producing interview packs and arranging initial tests
- Co-ordinating the induction process for new starters
- General support in all day-to-day administrative tasks for recruitment, appraisals, benefits, training and internal processes
Requirements:
- 2-3 years HR experience within professional services
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards it
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of numerical accuracy
- Attention to detail is key
