EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager £65,000 to £75,000 + Bonus & Bens - City

A leading Financial Services organisation bases in the heart of the City seek an experienced EMEA Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Manager to take full ownership of this offering.

Reporting into the Global HR Director you will be the subject matter expert for all UK & EMEA Payroll, Compensation & Benefits.

The role:

Subject matter expert for all payroll matters UK and 7 EMEA countries

Manage the global payroll process and current vendor ADP and its partners

Ensure the agreed payroll sign off is followed

Manage the access to the payroll provider portal (ADP)

Submit necessary documents to authorise with providers (monthly employee data report, submission to the Flex Benefits provider in the UK, monthly healthcare and pension reconciliation and submission in most countries and tax in each country)

Reconcile payroll output to input

Ensure all payroll documentation and reporting is accurate and kept up to date

Year-end reconciliation

Benefits:

Manage all benefits contracts and supplier relationships on the flex system: Renewals and negotiations

Ensure communication is given to new employees participating in the flex system

HRIS:

Manage and maintain the employee data in HRIS

Maintain organisation hierarchy globally

Provide guidance and support for HRIS users

Reporting:

Prepare data for the quarterly board report

Prepare Finance Forecast and Re-forecast submission

Key Skills/Experience:

Must have strong UK & EMEA payroll experience and exposure

Must have strong ownership of UK & EMEA Benefits process

Strong analytical skill set

Strong attention to detail

Must be numbers focused

Excellent communication skills internal and external

Team player and key Business Partner
