Customer Service Manager - Fluent French & English Speaking, Windsor

  • Speaking in French & English is a fluent business fashion
  • Dealing with B2B Customer queries
  • Writing and reading emails in French and English, these must be accurate
  • Dealing with queries 80% in French and 20% in English
  • Acquire knowledge of all areas of metadata (including, but not limited to scheduling, content, channel lineup, rich media, matching) to provide solutions to problems/issues and make recommendations on how to avoid such problems in the future.
  • Find ways to enrich/enhance data more efficiently, for example: by suggesting requirements for automation.
  • Provide language knowledge and support for improving workflow and resolving metadata issues across one or more areas of the business and across multiple projects (e.g., propose different and more efficient ways to improve workflow and data quality).
  • Analyze issues, identify root causes, provide solutions.
  • Dealing with customer service/queries
  • Making and receiving phone calls
  • Updating member accounts
  • Updating CRM system
  • Using bespoke IT systems/CRM - Must be good at systems
  • Strong use of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Creating well written and articulate letters and emails to internal and external customers
  • Working in a fast paced and busy
  • General customer service skills
  • Dealing with complaint handling
  • Completing general admin duties

Profile

Customer Service Manager - Fluent French & English Speaking, Windsor

You will have have gained customer service experience from working in an office, hotel reception retail or comparable sector.

You will be competent in:

  • Speaking in French & English is a fluent business fashion
  • Ideally you will have lived in France for 10 years plus.
  • Writing and reading emails in French and English, these must be accurate
  • Dealing with queries 80% in French and 20% in English
  • Dealing with B2B Customer queries
