HR Coordinator

Temporary HR Coordinator job paying £120-£150 per day

You will be working for a University in South West London
Your new role: You will be the first point of contact for the HR team, so you will be required to provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR processes and procedures. Daily, you will administer all HR transactional activity across employee Lifecyle. You will be required to complete administration for HR generally, recruitment, compliance purposes and when producing reports. This is an interim role for a period of 3 months paying £120-£150 per day.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working in a busy environment is essential for this role as you will be expected to administer a high volume of work. You will also need to demonstrate good working knowledge of experience with working with confidential information as you will be working with private and confidential data daily. Proficiency in using Microsoft office packages is essential for this role, you will also need to demonstrate previous experience of using HR systems, including ad hoc report writing and analysis. You will be required to start week commencing 26th August so you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period.
