Description

As Talent Acquisition Advisor for this retail company you will work closely with all brands to identify their requirements and help fulfil their recruitment needs as quickly as possible.

• Advise on recruitment processes and best practice, industry insights and when they may need to flex on their expectations
• Communicate with key internal stakeholders so they are aware of all recruitment activity
• The ability to juggle multiple vacancies and prioritse business critical roles
• Coordinate arrangement for all interviews
• Act as an ambassador for all brands ensuring all the candidate experience is second to none!
• Partner with and maintain relationships with PSL recruitment agencies

Profile

The successful Talent Acquisition Advisor will have the following skills and attributes:

• Previous knowledge and a passion for recruiting talent ideally within Digital, Marketing or Creative industries
• The ability to multi-task and manage 20+ vacancies efficiently
• Skilled in sourcing top notch candidates across a variety of channels
• A sense of urgency and pace with a proactive delivery focus
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Polished communicator and influencer with a team player attitude
• Ability to influence Hiring Managers and hiring decisions and advise recruitment best practice to deliver results
• Expertise building strong relationships across multiple teams internally and externally
