You will be working for a Social Care charity located in Balham.
Your new role
As L&D Administrator you will be required to support the organisations busy Learning and OD team. On a daily basis, you will be required to support with the administrative duties including: coordinating development programmes, organising and coordinating training and bookings for OD interventions. You will also have responsibility for coordinating internal and external facilitators to meet identified development needs. This is an interim role for a period of 3 months, paying £14.58 per hour.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience supporting with Learning and Development Administration is essential for this role including coordination of training. You will be a proactive and enthusiastic approach to work. As an individual, you will have a genuine interest in L&D and currently pursuing a career in it. This is an interim role for a period of 3 months initially where you will be required to start week commencing 26th August 2019, so you must be immediately available.
