My client, an award-winning Property Management company are looking to hire a L&D Advisor as they enter an organic period of growth.

The primary purpose of the L&D Advisor role is to help lead the strategy of the L&D function from design, schedule through to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Management of the LMS, including rollout of learning programmes and learning

Development of learning pathways for roles, in partnership with the relevant EMB representative

Oversight of the Apprenticeship programme, including being the primary contact for all apprentices and liaising with all providers

Management of the community spaces on the LMS

Oversee the systems training in partnership with the relevant systems owner

Support the onboarding process with the Recruitment Manager and People Officer

Assist with the development of user guides to provide information and documentation on relevant systems, processes and tools.

Development, rollout and subsequent management of role specific learning pathways aligned with promotion and performance criteria

Development, rollout and subsequent management of compliance learning pathways aligned with the relevant internal and legal frameworks

Design and development of learning programmes

Support and facilitate customer services learning for all sites

You must have:

Knowledge of people and learning processes

Understanding of coaching

Experience in group facilitation

Competent keyboard skills to produce accurate and well-presented reports, charts and correspondence

Confident in Microsoft and Google Apps and bespoke HR and LMS Software

Google Sheets or Excel Pivot tables and analytics

Excellent organisational skills

Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels

Proactive, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role

Fast and accurate typing skills

Able to use own initiative
