Exciting opportunity to join a busy team in a rapidly growing business as HR Advisor. You will be based from their offices in Hampshire with some travel across the South.
You will assist the business in handling a variety of HR queries, getting involved in all kinds of all employee relation matters as well as supporting in people matters like company restructures and TUPE activity. You will also support and help to educate Line Managers in-keeping with our HR Policies and Procedures, promoting best practice and ensuring a high level of service.
For this role you will need to have previous experience of working within a busy HR environment supporting a variety and volume of employee relations cases. Ideally you will have worked in hospitality, retail, facilities management or similar. You should have an HR related degree, CIPD or be working towards this.
You will also have great communication and relationship building skills – we are looking for honest and passionate people who work hard to provide solutions and are able to influence and challenge where appropriate. A valid EU or UK driving license would be an advantage as there will be a requirement to travel to various sites to support the needs of the business.
