HR and Payroll Data Advisor
A fantastic permanent role as a HR & Payroll Advisor exists to join a supportive and forward thinking HR department. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a performance HR solution with ideally Success Factors or similar. They will have the ability to support with future HRIS system implementation and data transfer, uploading and embedding employee / line manager engagement into the business.
You will be comfortable using Excel to an advanced level and capable of creating spreadsheets which are user friendly to support the collation of data centrally. Using pivot tables and formula will be easy processes for you, which you can do in a timely manner whenever needed.
Key processes will include, but not limited to:
- Weekly and monthly payroll (with plans to consolidate to monthly),
- Preparation and analysis of HR KPI dashboard reporting
- Creating standard templates for form filing where HRIS processes do not cover this,
- Any ad hoc reporting.
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £28,000 plus on-site parking and 25 days annual leave.
