My client, a leading transport/ aviation organistion based at Heathrow are seeking a permanent HR Manager for one of their new subsidary companies. This will be a role mainly in operations with some HR Projects.

Your client group will b circa 100 and it is essential that you have standalone experience in a role, union experience and HR Operations experience. You will be a resilient person with an approachable personality who is able to manage and work with all types of stakeholder. To apply for this role you will ideally alreaduy be acting as a HR Manager.

Your duties:

· You will be the HR go-to person for your client group, you will solely provide HR support and manage the full HR life cycle for your designated client group.

· You work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

· You provide HR advice and guidance related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

· Manages and resolves employee relations cases such as; sickness absence/performance. management/disciplinary and grievance. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.

· Maintaining good working relationships with the Unions and its members.

· Responsible for talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding from A to Z for the company.

· Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary, with sign off from HR Director.

· Ensure all monthly payroll changes are submitted accurately on time, including collating data for payroll, including holidays, sickness and overtime.

· Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs. Co-ordinate all trainings with local suppliers in conjunction with the Training Manager

· Act on relevant HR KPI information in a timely manner itemising trends and generating it in a format that is readily available for managers to review e.g. sickness absence data

· Endure correct administration and maintaining HR records and file management of all HR documents.

· Preparing monthly reports

Adhere to the Company Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental policies.

Follow Safe Systems Of Work procedures in line with the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 management system framework.
