Internal Recruiter

I am delighted to work exclusively with an expanding, international Law Firm to support them in their search for an experienced recruiter to focus on direct sourcing. This is a newly created position which requires a self starter who is confident articulate and passionate about the service they develop and deliver.

You will have responsibility for the direct sourcing of the associate population across the UK and EMEA. These vacancies could be either replacement or newly created therefore you will need to build strong relationships with Partners in order to understand the team structure, dynamic and team fit. You will map the associate market, identify key talent and begin to build a talent pipeline for the business based on business needs. You will develop attraction strategies and build the firms social media presence. You will work independently therefore this role could be based in Leeds- or remotely with travel to Leeds.

As this is a newly created role where you will be responsible for developing processes for direct sourcing, you need to have a strong background in direct sourcing, at all levels, and attraction strategies. This is a stand alone role therefore you will need to have experience working autonomously, remotely or independently. Experience recruiting within the legal sector - either agency or in-house is advantageous but we will also consider strong recruiters working within professional services.
