Interim HR Manager

URGENT ROLE

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working in partnership with a well established manufacturing client in Milton Keynes in their search for an Interim HR Manager.

Are you a strong HR Manager with stand alone experience? Looking for your next Interim opportunity? This could be the role for you!

You will need to have a proven background in a Stand Alone HR position. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be in charge of planning, organising, and implementing all the activities relating to HR.

HR Manager- About you.
·Ideally experienced in a Stand Alone position
·Comfortable leading on Recruitment
·Identify and undertake any improvements to HR procedures
·Working closely with Finance
·Evaluate training needs and applying development solutions on the back of these
·Participating in the creation and implementation of HRM tools and programs (appraisal systems, performance management program, succession planning,…).
·Advice managers on all HR processes including: application of labour laws ; support managers, disciplinary processes and administration of staff.
·Manage health & safety, sickness and absenteeism, by setting up the right tools for a systematic and compliant follow-up, and ensure an efficient communication with different parties (insurers, employees, et…).

Essentials:
·Experience in a similar FMCG environment
·CIPD Qualified
