Page Personnel are working with a leading manufacturing organisation in Sheffield, who are actively seeking an Interim Recruitment Coordinator to add value to their HR & Recruitment function on an initial 6 month FTC basis. In a fast-paced and varied position, you will provide essential transactional support to the recruitment team during an exciting period of growth.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied Interim Recruitment Coordinator position in Sheffield, roles and responsibilities are to include:

  • Helping Recruiters create engaging and creative job adverts, and ensuring the adverts are posted onto the required online job boards and media
  • Reviewing CV applications and sifting/shortlisting good matches to the hiring managers
  • Sending regrets to unsuccessful candidates
  • Arranging and scheduling interviews
  • Updating and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System to reflect where candidates are in the recruitment process
  • Creating Offer paperwork for internal and external successful candidates
  • Checking and storing of documentation such as eligibility to work, proof of identity, etc

Profile

  • Experience in a recruitment-based role is preferred
  • Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Outlook
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm when working to deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, which can be used to provide great customer service
  • Experienced in building relationships and supporting multiple individuals

Job Offer
