Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a well known insurance firm based in East Sussex. We are partnering in their search for an Interim Reward Analyst to join their HR team.
Reporting into the Head of Reward, this busy reward team are looking to hire a conscientious reward analyst to assist with all reward delivery across the business.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
- Support the annual salary and bonus cycles
- Provide technical support in line with their Workday implementation
- Manage the employee benefits - providing quality delivery, analysis and communications
- Support on all reward related projects - reward initiatives
- Provide analytical support on reward related matters and materials to support engagement with senior management
The role holder will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience as a Reward Analyst
- Previous experience using Workday
- Advanced proficiency in excel (pivot tables and Vlookups essential, formula experience desirable)
- Excellent communication, team working, organisational and interpersonal skills
