My client, a market leader in Global Communications specialising in technology, are seeking an experienced Technology & Product Recruiter that has experience within an APP Development team that is available to start immediately on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent.

As a senior Product & Tech recruiter in London, you will have one of the most exciting recruitment roles; day to day you will be recruiting across an extensive portfolio of new and existing products within one of the fastest growing and most exciting areas within the company.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business needs (current & future)
• Utilising creative sourcing techniques to find top talent
• Create an on-going talent pipelining for the product and tech community
• Interview and pre-screen all candidates
• Partnering with the business to ensure a great candidate experience
• Manage relationships through to offer negotiation and on boarding of new hires
• Build presence and employer brand to help attract new talent
• Work with compensation and benefits to ensure a competitive advantage on remuneration
  
  

The ideal candidate will:

• Be immediately available to start a new role and commutable to West London
• Have experience working across technology & product recruitment including engineering, product management, UX/UI design
• Experienced within agency or in-house recruitment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to be juggle multiple priorities
