About the role
Our Hospitality/Restaurant client is looking to appoint a HR Manager to support their head office functions on a full time permanent basis. You will successfully interact with heads of department, managers and employees on a daily basis, therefore you will need to be able to flex your style accordingly. The role is very operational so you must be willing to roll up your sleeves hold disciplinary, attendance, grievance meetings/appeals, pull together reports as well as manage the transactional HR administration and compliance.
Supporting the MD, this is an exciting and challenging role where you can grow with the business! You will be an energetic HR professional with proven experience HR Management experience.
You will have knowledge of best practice recruitment, absence management, capability, disciplinary and grievance, coupled with strong employment law knowledge. You will have a good understanding of policy, process and procedural compliance, managing processes from start to finish with minimal intervention. As well strong experience managing attendance and managing long and short-term sickness.
