Workday Implementation Analyst - 6 month contract - Asset Management

A well-respected boutique financial services business is recruiting for a Workday Implementation Analyst to join them on a 6 month contract.
Your new role
You will work closely with the Compensation Specialist and HR Manager, and provide support to the HR team during the Workday implementation. You will be pivotal in the data cleansing and migration from the old system to the new Workday system. You will translate it to a usable format on Workday. You will work closely with the Workday Project Managers.
Other tasks will include documenting requirements, business processes, application configurations, testing plans and other artefacts to ensure shared understanding and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Modules will include Core HCM, payroll, performance and ATS.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a HRIS Analyst with Workday experience and have worked through a minimum of 2 Workday implementations. You will have had exposure to Core HCM, ATS and payroll modules as a minimum. Financial services experience would also be desirable.
