A global matrix company, with operations in around 30 EMEA countries, is recruiting for a Total Rewards System Specialist to join their compensation and benefits team.
Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Total Rewards, you will take ownership of all data and systems related activities within the comps team. You will be responsible for the configuration and support of the compensation planning tool for EMEA, as well as ensuring compensation data integrity for the HR system platform.
You will support the comp planning process from a systems perspective, working with payroll to ensure salary increases are accurate.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a HR Systems professional and have experience in compensation. You will have good attention to detail and be able to work with large data sets. You will have excellent Excel skills. Ideally you will have some experience with PeopleSoft or Oracle Cloud for compensation.
