Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner opportunity for a growth digital division in a leading consultancy business. The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for the whole HR domain for this specialist business and supervises the HR team. You will act as a thought partner to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The role will report to the HR Director.

​Key responsibilities include:

Developing the EVP and building innovative and top of the class HR processes

Maintaining and adjusting the career track and criteria for promotion and up-to-date job descriptions

Leverages existing programs and acting as a thought partner to create relevant programmes to support the career development of all staff

Supervising the build and execution of training programmes. Ensuring initiatives from other regions are leveraged and that the plan is designed in alignment with chapter needs

Maintaining and reviewing the HR policies in collaboration with the broader business and other regions

Reporting on HR activity and people movements

Line managing the talent management team

AS the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Entrepreneurial thinking

The ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment with excellent project management skills

Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

At least 7 years of successful experience in career development and HR in the professional services space

Experience in working in an international environment and remotely

​Experience in managing a small team

Strong academic credentials
