Interim HR Advisor

An interim HR Advisor job in Basingstoke paying up to £15 per hour for an initial period of 12 months.

Your new company
A global technology organisation with European headquarters. Due to enhanced workflow an additional HR Advisor is required for an initial period of 12 months to cover maternity.

Your new role
You will work as part of the HR Hub supporting line managers and employees. You will respond accurately and enthusiastically to data and process requests from across the continent and connect and engage with your colleagues to efficiently resolve queries.

As part of your role you will provide first-line face-to-face and online HR support to managers and employees for all their HR needs, including 'how-to' process support for Workday events and other HR Systems. You will direct UK and Ireland cases through the case management system, taking ownership of opening and closing queries, or escalating them as needed. You will prepare ad-hoc letters such as references, promotion and compensation changes and report on absence & time off management. You will operate the new-hire and termination standard checklists and manage employee life cycle (inductions and terminations-6 week reviews)

What you'll need to succeed
You will have prior experience in an HR Coordinator / HR advisor role with some experience resolving HR data/process queries from employees and managers. You will be an excellent communicator and a 'people first' problem solver. You must Highly proficient in Word & Excel, with Workday knowledge desirable.
