The role can either be 4 days a week or 5 days and is a brilliant opportunity for a HR Genearlist looking to work for a family run business in a stand alone role.

Description

Generalist HR role reporting into the Finance Director/ Operations Director. With close contact with the board and senior leadership team, this person will be in a stand alone HR Generalist role managing ER cases and advising on all ER and HR matters alongside Peninsula.This person will be self sufficient in all aspects of HR including their own administrationThey will be responsible for recruitment, training and project workBe responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures and influencing changeReward and benefits

  • CIPD or QBE
  • Generalist HR experience
