Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with their client on a new HR Advisor role. They are currently looking for an advisor to join their dynamic HR team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a generalist, operational role but will have a strong focus on employee relations. You will partner with line managers offering a professional and pragmatic ER service across a specific business unit. You will guide managers through disciplinary and grievance procedures ensuring they operate within the relevant HR policy, as well as coordinating and driving forward any outstanding casework activity.

This role will all so include providing guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions.

Your success will come from encouraging a can do culture, in which people are listened to, involved, and believe their contribution is both optimised and valued.

HR Advisor - About you.

• You will be ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent and have the knowledge and experience of advising on a full range of HR management and employee relations issues within a complex organisation
• Union experience is highly desirable along with strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Multi-site experience would be highly beneficial.
• You will need to have a strong commercial background and ideally have worked in a matrix style organisation.
• Strong influencing skills are key along with a proven background in change management.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary.
