HR Advisor - Doncaster - £23 to £25k DOE and qualifications
Commutable from Doncaster, Goole, Rotherham, Sheffield, Retford, Scunthorpe, Worksop, Gainsborough, Pontefract and surrounding areas.

Your new role
This is a brand new role where, reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for supporting all operational day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle work & administration, lower level ER/casework (such as absence management & disciplinaries).
You will also be involved with the development of HR policies & systems, and also be involved in other HR projects across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will be ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards / have Level 5) and possess a solid experience base in HR processes, with ideally some ER experience.
Determination to succeed and excellent communication skills to work with wider business contacts.
Travel 1 a week to the Midlands site is required (this is easily accessible on public transport)
