HR Advisor role, Fishponds, Bristol, up to £29k pa. TUPE experience essential

Your new role
HR Advisor post based in Fishponds in Bristol supporting and guiding Managers through TUPE processes - mitigating risk whilst ensuring a timely deliver. Some travel required but not too often.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a collaborative and influential approach with experience coaching Managers through the process, mitigating risk and ensuring accuracy. You will need to be able to advise remotely through strong communication skills. This will suit an experienced HR Advisor with credibility and sound allround knowledge of TUPE processes as well more general HR experience including ER, case work and change.
