Job Details
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with an understanding/background working in the financial services sector? Then my client, a global banking institution could be a great fit as they are looking for an HRBP to join urgently, supporting a hands on and driven internal client group. Reporting into the Head of HR this will be a true generalist role working alongside a collection of HRBP's and partnering with the Centre's of Excellence to deliver a tailored service to the business.
If you have experience working in a highly matrixed and complex business structure then the style of HR service will suit you. With a speed of approach and the chance to work on a number of strategic and operational HR projects this role will have the chance to work closely with Line Management as well as the HR leadership teams. Paying competitively with possibly a discretionary bonus I am keen to hear from established HR Business Partners.
