A leading insurance company is looking for an Early Careers Recruiter to join their gradate recruitment team.
This is a great position, coming into join a team of 2 who work very collaboratively, it's fast paced and very personable and engaging. This role involves working with the different operational companies and understanding them, managing these relationships, sourcing, application progression, assessment centres and taking ownership of stakeholder engagement.
The team is looking to hire another recruiter in a year and have your own accounts.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of graduate recruitment campaigns preferably within Financial Services or any large Blue Chip businesses. Due to the varied workload this could suit a candidate that is already a seasoned graduate recruiter that enjoys working at the front line or an experienced graduate recruitment coordinator that is now looking for a step up with more responsibility.
It's essential you have managed assessment centres from end to end, enjoy a fast-paced role and are a team player, have great attention to detail and think on your feet.
