Global Payroll & Benefits Officer £40k to £48k + Bens - Temp to Perm - City

A leading Global Financial Services business based in the heart of the City seek and experienced Global Payroll & Benefits Officer on a Temp to Perm Basis.

This role will sit directly in HR but also have strong links to finance.

(please note this is a temp to perm position but the client is also open to straight perm options if you are on a shorter notice)

The role:

  • Assist payroll manager with processing of Uk and international payrolls

  • Work closely with external payroll providers

  • First point of contact for Pay issues

  • Preparation of P11D

  • Get involved in payroll projects

  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration

  • Preparation and upload of monthly pension and 401ks

Skills Required

  • Strong Uk and international payroll knowledge

  • Benefits administration experience

  • Strong excel skills
