Global Payroll & Benefits Officer £40k to £48k + Bens - Temp to Perm - City
A leading Global Financial Services business based in the heart of the City seek and experienced Global Payroll & Benefits Officer on a Temp to Perm Basis.
This role will sit directly in HR but also have strong links to finance.
(please note this is a temp to perm position but the client is also open to straight perm options if you are on a shorter notice)
The role:
- Assist payroll manager with processing of Uk and international payrolls
- Work closely with external payroll providers
- First point of contact for Pay issues
- Preparation of P11D
- Get involved in payroll projects
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration
- Preparation and upload of monthly pension and 401ks
Skills Required
- Strong Uk and international payroll knowledge
- Benefits administration experience
- Strong excel skills
