Description

The Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for:-

• Build effective relationships with the business managers to understand their needs in respect of resourcing for assignments.

• Coordination and administration of the staff booking system

• Review and challenge annual audit budgets to ensure optimal use of staff.

• Ensure that the Resource model reflects accurately any leaver and joiner movements

• Attend monthly Retain Editor calls, contributing ideas towards building national best practice, develop good links with the national resourcing network

• Undertaking ad hoc project work

• Travel to other offices is essential to this role

Profile

The Resourcing Coordinator will be highly organised with the ability to plan work load of up to 12 months in advance. Strong communication and relationship building skills are essential.

The ability to travel to other offices in Surrey and London
