HR Co-ordinator - Warwick

Seeking an experienced HR Co-ordinator who will deal with day-to-day enquiries, advise managers of employment issues and provide support within HR Guidelines

Role will include:

  • Ensure HR records, and procedures are up to date and current
  • Coordinate and collate Performance Reviews and other programs as required.
  • Administration of absence systems and interface with payroll on joiners, leavers and employee changes.
  • Provide sound guidance that is legally compliant and practical across all facets of HR including ER; acting as a first point of reference and referring more complex work to HRBP as necessary.
    • Support the recruitment process providing the relevant interview and selection documentation is provided and interview panel is well briefed and prepared.
  • Provide Employee Relations support in handling dispute resolution, investigations, mediations, grievances and disciplinary processes;
  • Provide support across various HR projects

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Experience in a relevant HR position - typically HR coordinator or HR Advisor with systems focus
  • HR Systems user and systems maintenance experience.
