As Head of HR you will:

  • Lead their driven HR Operations team to deliver a high quality operational HR function
  • Lead through local HR managers, and directly, HR partnering and HR operations activities across the group to deliver organisational change, succession planning and talent development
  • Lead and ensure effective talent acquisition and on boarding globally
  • Lead the delivery of effective performance management across the group.
  • Ensure compliance in all countries (Europe, APAC, USA) with all applicable legislation in a manner that minimises any negative impact on the operations of the business
  • Develop the overall competence of the organisation by ensuring learning and development activities are embedded in the business units
  • Maintain and develop overall company morale by ensuring effective internal communications processes exist within the business units
  • Profile

    Required experience:

  • HR qualification - post graduate level. Minimum of 10 years experience at HR management level
  • International HR delivery experience - worked in or lived in Europe, APAC or USA at some point in your career
  • Experience of fast-growing, medium-size businesses, start-up operations in new territories, growth through acquisition
  • Experience in Global consultancy/accountancy groups with international assignments
  • Regular international travel to affiliate offices (one per month) and regular Skype.
