As Head of HR you will:Lead their driven HR Operations team to deliver a high quality operational HR function
Lead through local HR managers, and directly, HR partnering and HR operations activities across the group to deliver organisational change, succession planning and talent development
Lead and ensure effective talent acquisition and on boarding globallyLead the delivery of effective performance management across the group.Ensure compliance in all countries (Europe, APAC, USA) with all applicable legislation in a manner that minimises any negative impact on the operations of the businessDevelop the overall competence of the organisation by ensuring learning and development activities are embedded in the business unitsMaintain and develop overall company morale by ensuring effective internal communications processes exist within the business units
Required experience: HR qualification - post graduate level. Minimum of 10 years experience at HR management level
International HR delivery experience - worked in or lived in Europe, APAC or USA at some point in your careerExperience of fast-growing, medium-size businesses, start-up operations in new territories, growth through acquisitionExperience in Global consultancy/accountancy groups with international assignmentsRegular international travel to affiliate offices (one per month) and regular Skype.
Salary between £70,000-£80,000
