Head of HR
Following a recent promotion the Head of HR role has been created to provide both strategic and operational HR leadership to the commercial and supply chain divisions of this global business.
Reporting to the HR Director this role will see you partner with Heads of Division and Leadership Team to ensure the people focus is aligned to driving business success. The role will partner with the business in areas encompassing generalist HR, talent management; organisational design, employee engagement and learning and development.
The HRBP will manage a small team and work collaboratively with the broader HR team to ensure timely delivery of business solutions within the framework of the global HR strategy. Divisions to partner will be sales and marketing, procurement, technical, manufacturing and finance.
Operating as a member of business leadership team, the HR Business Partner will provide specific confidential counsel whilst supporting relevant Heads of division.
We are looking to attract an individual who can offer:
*Proven experience in a generalist capacity with a natural ability to pick things up extremely quickly
*Clear business acumen with capability of building a robust HR business case using commercial and financial data
*Experience gained operating in a Global Business partnering leaders of commercial and supply chain divisions
*Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, able to manage own time effectively
*Ability to take a pragmatic approach, balancing business needs with the needs of the individuals involved
*Proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships.
*Able to be influential in gaining stakeholder collaboration, being thoughtful in overcoming objections and secure stakeholder agreement to HR recommendations.
*Shorter notice period due to the nature of the 6 month (initially) tenure.
