Your new role
The Recruitment Advisor will partner a specific part of the organisation, in order to support the attraction and recruitment of people into the business unit. The post holder will work closely with management team to understand recruitment needs and workforce planning requirements, The role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, develop resourcing strategies, utilise direct sourcing methodologies and build talent pools. The Recruitment Advisor will develop market knowledge expertise and contribute to the development of the employer brand.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a highly credible Recruitment Advisor with experience of both volume and specialist recruitment. Demonstrable success of developing innovative recruitment strategies and direct sourcing campaigns is essential. Previous experience within the professional services would be highly advantageous.
