A Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Reward Governance Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Rem Regs; the Reward Governance Specialist will be responsible for:Reviewing and advising on proposed variable compensation plans/fixed pay components to ensure regulatory complianceSupporting the design and maintenance of policies, procedures and guidelinesInterpret the implications for the Group of new or revised regulationUndertaking a regular governance review to ensure all components of remuneration remain compliant with regulatory requirements and expectationsReview best practice to rewarding good conduct, behaviour and the reflection of the Group's valuesMaintain a governance framework for incentives Key requirements:Previous experience working in a regulated financial services organisationConfident writing policy documents related to reward governanceStrong stakeholder management skillsConfident communicator at all levelsUnderstanding of reward best practice and principles To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
