Job Details
This role is a temporary project based Learning and Development Manager role. It involves looking at the current L&D training function across multiple subsidiaries and aligning it to one framework. It is a rolling 3 month temporary role. There may be some travel to the south London area.

The client are based in Kent.
Description
- Be the first point of contact for all learning and development requirements and queries within the organisation
- Assist the Group HR Director to develop a training Academy designing and delivering personal, management and leadership training
- Work with the business units to develop the training programme
- Responsible for talent management processes
- Incorporate different learning techniques such as classroom and e-learning
- Manage the training budget for the organisation
- Manage the development of the HR team from a training perspective
- Line manage the L&D Co-ordinator
